I didn't get gang raped, or carjacked to my surprise.

As soon as I opened the door about 15 Roaches ran from under the door frame trying to to escape. Even they didn't like it!!!! The sheets had hairs on them, (they were never changed). This is by far the worst Choice hotel. I was broke or would have left.

Insane person outside my door. Main Light didn't work inside room. Cigarette burns on blanket. Dog teeth marks everywhere.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is save your money and book especially where, there is better hotels on the same road, such as Holiday Inn, this hotel is a rip off, use your money for upgrade than being cheated out of your deposit.

This location has poor customer service theykeep your $100 deposit for absurd reasons, my wife got make-up on 3 towels and 2 pollow cases,this costed us to loose our deposit due to damage to the room, dirty towels should not cost you lost of $100.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. There was absolutely nothing great about this hotel.

The room was extremely dirty with massive black hair stuck to the bath tub, stained, dirty furniture and sheets. This was an unsafe location with a homeless camp outside the room door. We had to book at another hotel. Owner not willing to provide refund.

Arrived at hotel at 12AM, and it was in a bad part of town, and there were people surrounding my assigned room door. The hotel was not well maintained. I did not feel comfortable, and decided to stay somewhere else, but they would not issue a refund.

They were cockroaches everywhere in the hotel climbing on the walls and on the nightstand. The TV didn't work the heater didn't work

$100 deposit they charge locals

Needed a downstairs room, wasn't available. Wanted a non-smoking room, said they gave me a non-smoking. Smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette burns all over the bedspread.

Needs to be vacuumed more.

the room was very clean and recently updated. Bathroom was not as clean as one would hope and the location wasn't great but overall great room for the price.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and location isn't great.

Really great room 109 it was very clean nice and bed was amazing love it will definitely go back everyone was nice

Surprised how clean and up to date it was given the price we paid for the night. We just needed it for one night while driving through. I liked that there was no carpet and they had DirecTV

The Ice Machine was right outside our room and people were getting ice to fill their coolers at 4am and 5am, which was loud, however, I don't think it was the hotel's fault
